Hogin owned and operated Hogin’s Junkyard. He and two hired goons ran an operation in which they stole cars via a giant floating parking lot. The parking lot rested atop a huge zeppelin, while a giant industrial magnet lifted the cars into the air so that they could be turned into scrap metal and sold to an unknowing US Government. The plot was foiled by Twilight and Snoopy, and the three were arrested.
