The Green Dragon is a foe of Silver Streak and Whiz. He sometimes resides on Mars and sometimes on Jupiter, but he was currently residing at the bottom of the ocean with his fish-men minions to find Atlantis and rob it of its treasures. He and his minions shape shift into sea life and sneak into the city. After that they capture King Garol of Atlantis and his daughter. Silver Streak and his falcon arrive and engage the villain in combat. However, while Streak bests him in combat, the Dragon escapes by transforming into an octopus. Green Dragon is a powerful sorcerer who can exist without oxygen and shapeshift himself and others into animals.
