Stan Carter’s scientist father, before he died, injected Dicky and Stan, his two sons, with an experimental “Power Elixir” that he invented. It left both the Carter boys with a W-shaped scar on their chests and superhuman powers, such as super strength and speed. Using these abilities, as well as their flying car/submarine/tank, the Wonder Ship, Dicky went on to fight crime as the Lone Warrior’s sidekick, his brother’s superhero identity.
