Mob boss The Crab sends a ransom note to the mayor, demanding 5 million dollars in exchange for “the lives and property of this city.” When not met, a house full of waiting police is blown up. When The Crab’s second note is dropped off at the police station, with the same demands, The Clock’s assistant Pug grabs the henchman and learns the location of their hideout. After a slug fest, The Clock and Pug deliver the criminal gang to the police.
