Image of Space Damsel

Captain Plastic

The character appeared to be an inter-planetary adventurer who was possibly an artificial human (although that wouldn’t explain the breathing bubble over his head). He only appeared on the cover to Planet Comics #70 and seemed to be (at least, trying) to save a space damsel, or “space-wrecked woman” perhaps, from an alien. The name given in this article is a conjecture based on the character’s appearance and description on the cover (Plastic Man was, obviously, already taken).
