Brother Sunbeam was a monk and the arch enemy of Madam Satan. He and his mule would appear shortly after each visit that Madam Satan made to the world of the living in her efforts to corrupt souls for Satan. He was surrounded by a blue glow and grew stronger when people that Madam Satan was trying to tempt resisted her. He had the ability to bring out the best in people, and he carried a magic bottle which he used to try and trap her spirit.
