Aitan leads him on a car chase followed by a race through the sewers, trading quips. On S. Aitan’s escape boat, the two fight again. The Blue Flame succeeds in recovering the jewels and his opponent seems to drown in the river… or did he? Powers: The Blue Flame possessed powers of flight and could burst into flames.
