Big Boston was known as the “policy king and emperor of organized crime.” He ran a numbers racket, in which his thugs killed police officers and used their badge numbers as lottery numbers. One day, his men murdered officer Jim Wood. His brother, Tom, used a prototype helmet he’d developed to become mysterious vigilante: Micro-Face. Micro-Face used his voice projecting ability to cause Boston’s men to fire in all directions, massacring each other. The police arrived and arrested Boston.
