Bug-eyed, hooded villain with an iron claw for a right hand. He carried a blowgun which shot poison darts, and was a competent hand to hand fighter. Recurring foe of the Eagle until he was killed when the Eagle smashed in his head with an anvil. He was also enemies with the villain known as the Gimp. He had once attempted to drop the Gimp into a vat of acid, to which the Gimp retaliated by attempting to steal a formula for blindness from him.
