Arsonist

The heroes White Streak and Red Seal observe a man fall to his death from the newly opened Fremont Towers skyscraper. The White Streak finds a card on the body which places the blame of the death on Martin Tremont, the owner. Tremont tells the heoes he believes the architect William Spearing is at fault, who was threatening Tremont. A man in an asbestos suit is seen starting a fire in the building, a safe broken into, and 100K in jewels stolen. Another fire breaks out and the tenants begin to blame Tremont. White Streak and Red Seal discoever a hidden panel to a corridor, and split up to investigate. Red Seal comes upon the Arsonist holding Tremont captive, and reveals a secret gang-plank 100 floors up, which he orders them to start walking. White Streak intercedes and attacks the Arsonist. The Arsonist bests him briefly, but Red Seal also attacks. Just as they think the Arsonist is about to give up, he pulls out a hand grenade, but White Streak takes it from him and throws it into the open sky. In a final fight, the Arsonist, indeed revealed to be Spearing, falls to his death.
