Argo was the minion of an evil foreign agent named Erick Rogats. Rogats sent Argo to kidnap Professor Taft. Taft had developed a formula that could petrify any living object and then unpetrify them with an antidote. Argo arrived at the professor’s home and brings him to a secret lab hidden behind a wall of rock. However, Black Panther followed them and then rescued the professor and stopped Rogats before the villain could steal the formula. Argo was killed during his fight with Black Panther when he landed on Rogats who had a syringe filled with imperfect petrifying formula, which was a lethal poison. He had no known powers but was a extremely agile and a skilled climber.
