He left notes at the scene of the crime pointing out how he had outsmarted them, and posted messages in the local newspaper advertising his plans for the next heist. His catchphrase was “Obviously.” The Sceptre carried a sceptre which emitted a thick smoke screen to facilitate escape. Otherwise, the Sceptre relied on a conventional handgun to threaten his enemies. He led a small gang of thieves.
