Saggs

Saggs is a common crook. Hungry, with an empty pocket and the rent due, he slips into a high class neighborhood and chooses the mansion of Conner Bradford to pilfer an article or two of some worth. During his casing of the residence, he’s captured and interrogated by The Thunderbolt, also robbing Bradford. Quickly establishing a form of trust and mutual cooperation, The Thunderbolt hires Saggs on as an assistant, and the two eventually acquire Bradford’s famous and very expensive pearls after a series of exciting forays interrupted by the police. Saggs takes on the role of John Flatchley’s valet and The Thunderbolt’s sidekick in six short adventures.
