Rocket Kelly and crew come upon weather forecaster Mr. Weather ranting and raving in rhyme about the weather. Kelly takes him to a rest home, but he escapes. Kelly hopes the weather will improve and they can perform their survey work. Even though it’s Summer, the temperature immediately drops. A glacier grows and engulfs towns, plunging the world into a new Icae Age. Prehistoric creatures are thawed and attack. Kelly’s rocket gets frozen. Strange figures pull it out of the ice. The crew is brought before the figures’ master, Mr. Weather, but they fight their way free, return to their ship, and lift the glacier into the air, bringing it close enough to the sun for it to melt.
