Tom Dalton was an electric company lineman who, because of an on-the-job accident, was exposed to 10,000 volts of direct current. His colleague decided to revive Tom with 10,000 A.C. voltage, which actually worked and granted Tom super powers. He decided to use these powers to become the costumed crime fighter called Magno. His abilities include repelling and attracting objects, and generating electricity. Magno must occasionally recharge his energies by exposing himself to an electrical current.
