Loco was a giant robot created by a scientist to be used for America during the war. German saboteurs killed him. As he lay dying, the man was found by the Boy Rangers and told of a secret panel in the wall by the fireplace. That night the Rangers and the saboteurs returned also. A skirmish ensued and the hidden room was revealed. Inside they discovered a giant robot, which the boys used to foil the saboteurs’ schemes and, in the next issue, Killer Khron, boss the 2nd Ward and Chief of the Underworld.
