Jetgirl

Jetman was the occasional cover-only star of Jetman #1-30, a reprint series running from 1946 to 1951. He never appeared in a story of his own. Most of the time, he didn’t even appear on the cover. On the cover of Jetman #27, he appeared to have a female sidekick. Jetman and his female sidekick, presumable Jetgirl, are repurposed art of Rocket Man and Rocketgirl, characters who appeared in Scoop Comics and Punch Comics, titles produced by the Harry “”A”” Chesler studio. In addition, the art used for the cover of Jetman #27 was used for “”The Cryptic Cache”” in Zip-Jet #1 (1953), which featured “Tech” Carson and Pat Dale.
