Flor was the queen of the underworld on Saturn’s moon, Titan. She had a large hidden headquarters there, where she plotted with the small army of hired killers that she had amassed. Her allies included a woman named Dalla May. Flor was an arch-rival to Space Ace. One of her captives claimed that no man was smarter than Flor. She was a ruthless killer. She usually carried a ray gun and was happy to personally beat her enemies half to death with her symanthus-hide whip.
